Based in Riyadh, with a presence in Dubai, New York and Los Angeles, we bring global perspective, local presence, and deep experience supporting companies and investors across Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, and international markets.
Robert Dunn
Robert Dunn is a global investor and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of experience in private equity, alternative assets, and cross-border investment. Following his tenure at The Carlyle Group, Robert led investment and strategic advisory activities through Selax Capital, his Washington, D.C.-based family office and investment platform. These activities included serving as Co-Founder and Managing Director of Monument Capital Group alongside former U.S. Secretary of Defense Frank Carlucci and former U.S. Secretary of State James Baker.
Robert spent approximately 14 years with The Carlyle Group, where he held senior international leadership roles, including leading the firm's activities in Saudi Arabia from Carlyle's Riyadh office, the firm's first international office.
Recognizing that long-term success in the region is built through local presence, trusted relationships, and sustained engagement, Robert established Selax in Riyadh, where he lives with his family. He brings extensive experience in strategic partnerships, cross-border investment, and helping companies and investors navigate opportunities across Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region.

Todd Bradley
Todd Bradley is a global technology executive, investor, and operating leader with extensive experience building, scaling, and advising technology and technology-enabled businesses across international markets.
Todd is a Founder and Partner of Niobrara Capital, where he serves as a member of the Investment Committee with a focus on operations. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles across global technology, software, hardware, financial services, logistics, and data businesses, including Hewlett-Packard, Mozido, TIBCO Software, Palm, Gateway, GE Capital’s Transport International Pool, AC Nielsen, and FedEx.
Todd brings Selax deep operating experience, investor connectivity, and a broad perspective on technology platforms, strategic partnerships, and international business development. His experience will support Selax’s work with companies evaluating growth opportunities, commercial relationships, and long-term engagement across Saudi Arabia and the broader region.
Senior Advisor
David Noble
David Noble is a venture architect, institutional builder, and steward of capital with 25 years of experience spanning law, private capital, academic entrepreneurship, and early-stage investing.
David is best known for his tenure as Managing Director of The Werth Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Connecticut, built from a $22.5 million gift and credited with raising over $50 million. Under his leadership, he transformed entrepreneurial education across finance, product, e-commerce, neurodiversity and employment innovation and collegiate athletics, bringing UConn›s program into the global Top 30 Princeton Review Rankings.
Throughout his career, David has been an active operator and advisor across ventures, boards, and market cycles, including seven years practicing M&A and securities law. He currently operates Convexity Venture Partners, serves as Strategic Advisor to the Provost at Stony Brook University, and brings to Selax decades of experience building institutional infrastructure and deploying capital at the intersection of U.S. and Middle East entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Mohammed Al Rashed is a senior executive and principal advisor with more than 35 years of international experience across law, finance, strategic advisory, capital structuring, private wealth, and complex asset oversight.
Throughout his career, Mohammed has advised chairmen, founders, boards, family offices, financial institutions, private investors, and sovereign-linked entities on governance, capital raising, project finance, shareholder structures, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border investments. He has also worked extensively with regional and international banks, private lenders, investment groups, and strategic partners on financing solutions, coinvestment arrangements, and institutional partnerships.
Mohammed brings Selax deep experience in governance, capital structuring, institutional partnerships, and complex mandate execution. His background across regional business, private capital, family office structures, and strategic advisory will support Selax’s work with companies, investors, and partners evaluating long-term opportunities across Saudi Arabia and the broader region.

David Robb
David Robb is a private equity investor and strategic advisor with extensive experience in direct investing, family office capital, and growth-stage international businesses. David runs the family office Frontier Group which he cofounded with Frank Carlucci, Chairman Emeritus of Carlyle Group and former U.S. Secretary of Defense. During his investment career, David has been the lead investor or co-founder of 4 unicorns (Embraer $11B, J2 Global $6B, Megaupload $5B, Landmark Aviation/Piedmont $2B). Prior to co-founding Frontier, David was a principal investor and part of the early team at Carlyle Group.
David is currently backing a major effort to finish building a worldwide global positioning network that will solve the GPS blackout issue worldwide, which remains a key national security vulnerability for most countries. He is also funding companies that are providing foundational technologies in Physical AI. He has backed one of the most advanced AI medical diagnostics companies in the world which has developed the first handheld, portable device for detecting sepsis, cancer and other diseases in real-time using only human breath.
David serves on the boards of other technology and healthcare businesses, including Ever Well Health, the second largest provider of housing for the mentally ill in California, and iPerformX, the leading AI-based company training U.S. military pilots.
David received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Yale University.
